The present invention discloses a dynamic memory device using page residence information of a translation lookaside buffer and a selective refresh method thereof. The present invention performs a selective refresh function in the dynamic memory device based on page residence information of a translation lookaside buffer to selectively refresh only a page which is currently being used and reduce power and energy consumption of a DRAM. Since the translation lookaside buffer, which has already been installed in a processor, is used, an additional hardware storing place for selecting a page which needs to be refreshed is not required.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
