CUDRANIA TRICUPSPIDATE DRINKS COMPRISING CUDRANIA TRICUPSPIDATE EXTRACT AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THEREOF

The present invention relates to a Cudrania tricuspidata drink containing a Cudrania tricuspidata extract, and to a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: (A) roasting at least one ingredient selected from the group consisting of leaves, a fruit, stems, and roots of a Cudrania tricuspidata tree at a temperature of 90-120C, and extracting the roasted ingredient using a solvent to obtain a Cudrania tricuspidata extract; (B) aging the Cudrania tricuspidata extract; (C) filtering the aged Cudrania tricuspidata extract; and (D) sterilizing and packing the filtered Cudrania tricuspidata extract. The manufacturing method of the Cudrania tricuspidata drink eliminates a nasty smell, and prohibits the generation of precipitates, and the Cudrania tricuspidata drink has an excellent appealability.
