The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of Dendropanax Morbifera tea and Dendropanax Morbifera tea using the method and, more specifically, to a manufacturing method of Dendropanax Morbifera tea which has deep flavor and contains various components of the Dendropanax Morbifera and supply of Dendropanax Morbifera tea. The manufacturing method comprises the steps of: aging Dendropanax Morbifera leaves, young stems, and truncal stems; drying the sane after multiple-roasting the same; and mixing the roasted Dendropanax Morbifera leaves, the aged and roasted Dendropanax Morbifera stems, and the roasted truncal stems with the appropriate ratio.
