The present invention relates to a method for generating an unambiguous correlation function for tracking an AltBOC signal. The method for generating an unambiguous correlation function according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a step of receiving alternative binary offset carrier (AltBOC) signal through a GPS receiver, a step of reinterpreting the subcarrier of the AltBOC signal with the sum of partial subcarriers, a step of obtaining a plurality of partial correlation functions by correlating the partial subcarriers with the AltBOC signal, and a step of generating an unambiguous correlation function by recombining the plurality of partial correlation functions.
