Disclosed is a method for manufacturing phosphor ceramic plates, capable of improving a thermal emission capacity by improving thermal conductivity of phosphor ceramic plates. The method for manufacturing phosphor ceramic plates comprises the steps of: mixing ceramic phosphor, a water-soluble polymer, and a silane-based compound to form a mixture, and producing a nano-powder by grinding the mixture; producing ceramic phosphor by compressing and sintering the nano-powder; producing a plurality of phosphor ceramic plates by cutting the ceramic phosphor; performing first heat treatment on the produced phosphor ceramic plates in air at a first temperature for a first time; and performing second heat treatment on the phosphor ceramic plates, on which the first heat treatment is performed, at a second temperature for a second time.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
