The present invention relates to a car protecting cover for a temporary outdoor parking lot. The car protecting cover for a temporary outdoor parking lot comprises: a U-shaped support rib (10); rotary shafts (20, 20′) formed on both end sides of the U-shaped support rib (10); a plurality of tent ribs (30) rotationally fixed in each of the rotary shafts; and a tent material (40) which is covered on the both side tent ribs (30) and is corrugated. The car protecting cover can be foldable, stored, and effectively moved, can be installed in a parking lot of a vehicle, and is not restricted with the space of the installation by minimizing a usage space. The car protecting cover is used regardless of the forward parking or backward parking of a vehicle. The car protecting cover can minimize time and costs consumed in a manufacturing process by simplifying a structure. The price of a product is low, thereby improving economic feasibility. The car protecting cover has a long lifetime since the distortion of a component or the rust is not generated. The circulation efficiency of air is increased by discharging the air inserted into the tent material (40) via an air convection gap (G) in which the air is inserted from a lower side and the air is discharged through the tent material when the air convection gap is installed.
