The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of an ultrasonic extract of chickweed linchen having an anti-inflammatory effect. The manufacturing method of an ultrasonic extract of chickweed linchen comprises the following steps of: manufacturing an ultrasonic extract of chickweed linchen; and confirming properties of the extract such as anti-oxidant activity, anti-inflammatory activity, and activity of alleviating skin wrinkles. The ultrasonic extract of chickweed linchen manufactured according to the present invention has excellent an anti-oxidant effect, anti-inflammatory effect, and a synergistically improved effect of alleviating wrinkles.
