The present invention relates to a non-slip ruler when multiple sheets of paper are cut. More specifically, according to the ruler, a paper adhering device having the same height with the ruler is provided to an opposite portion of a scale of the ruler and the both bottom portions of a body of the ruler, so that both ends and the bottom end of the ruler is closely attached to the paper to easily and safely cut the paper when the paper is cut. Therefore, according to the ruler, the paper adhering device has the same height with the ruler provided to both bottom portions and the bottom end portion of the body of the ruler. According to the present invention, the paper adhering device is closely attached to the paper to be cut in an arranged state without sliding when multiple sheets of paper are cut by using the ruler.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
