摘要

The present invention relates to a vector transformed to over-express three or more cytochrome P450 isoforms so as to inspect drug metabolism or toxicity, and to a cell line transformed by the same. Moreover, the present invention relates to a method for inspecting drug metabolism or toxicity by using the transformed cell line. When the cell line according to the present invention is used, drug toxicity can be accurately and effectively inspected in vitro. In particular, drug toxicity inspection according to the present invention remedies the disadvantages of conventional studies which target a single cell line and a single organ in terms of human body harmfulness evaluation. Multi-organ interactive toxicity can be verified by using a heterogeneous cell simultaneously culturing system so as to reflect inter-organ interaction, which occurs during exposure to a toxic material, and a toxic action amplified thereby.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
