The present invention relates to a mesh-type contactor element having an improved structure to prevent damage to an edge portion of the mesh-type contactor element. According to the present invention, the mesh-type contactor element is mounted on a rotating type microorganism contact device, wherein microorganism is attached. The mesh-type contactor element is formed to be a fan shape dividing a disk shape in a diametric direction thereof. An edge portion of a left upper end, a right upper end, a left lower end, and a right lower end of the mesh-type contactor element is treated to be round.
