MESH-TYPE CONTACTOR WITH REINFORCING MEANS AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING OF THE SAME

PURPOSE: Mesh-shaped contactors equipped with a reinforcing unit and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to maximize the treating efficiency of sewage and wastewater by preventing the destruction of the mesh-shaped contactors. CONSTITUTION: A reinforcing unit(30) is arranged between a first mesh-shaped contactor(10) and a second mesh-shaped contactor(20). The reinforcing unit is high density polyethylene. A part of the reinforcing unit is molten to be integrated between the mesh-shaped contactors. The thicknesses of the mesh-shaped contactors are respectively 25mm. Three through holes(11) are formed on the external surfaces of the contactors. A method for manufacturing the mesh-shaped contactors includes the following: One or more combining holes are formed along the outer circumference of the reinforcing unit. Three through holes are formed. The reinforcing unit is arranged between the mesh-shaped contactors. A heating ad compressing process is implemented using a heat pressing unit.
