METHOD FOR PRODUCING HEALTH SUPPLEMENT FOOD BY USING ABALONE EXTRACT

Disclosed in the present invention is a method for producing health supplement food using an abalone extract, which maximizes a strong blood circulation function and a fatigue recovery function by repeating processes of steaming and drying a mixture of he abalone extract and natural extracts under predetermined conditions after mixing the abalone extract as a main ingredient with the natural extracts that are good for blood circulation. A method for producing health supplement food using an abalone extract according to a first embodiment of the present invention comprises the following steps: washing and trimming abalone and sea cucumber that are main materials to prepare the washed and trimmed main materials; drying leaves collected from Korean Dendropanax with a tree age of 15 years or more, and pulverizing the dried leaves of Korean Dendropanax into powder to prepare a starting material; pouring a little water into the prepared abalone and sea cucumber, and heating the mixture at a temperature of about 70°C for 72 hours to obtain abalone juice and sea cucumber juice; repeating a process of steaming and drying abalone and sea cucumber three times over about 20 days to 25 days to dry the abalone and sea cucumber; pulverizing the dried abalone and sea cucumber into powder when the water content is removed from the dried abalone and sea cucumber; and mixing the ingredients obtained in the previous steps, the powder of Korean Dendropanax, and other additives to produce the health supplement food.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
