The present invention relates to a voltage controlled battery pack formed to input a charging condition, comprising: a battery unit including a plurality of battery cells; a charging module unit for charging the battery unit; a voltage control unit for converting power from an outside to be supplied to the charging module unit; and a control unit connected to the battery unit, the charging module unit, and the voltage control unit to control the same. The battery unit includes: a battery cell module formed by stacking a plurality of battery cells; a cell balancing module for balancing the battery cells inside the battery cell module; and a BMS module connected to the cell balancing module. In the control unit, an interface unit is installed, and it is configured to input a charging condition through the interface unit. According to the present invention, conditions related to charging a battery pack are input from an external device through an interface unit, thereby easily corresponding to a specification change of a battery pack. In addition, a voltage of external power input to a battery pack is adjusted to meet a set condition to be used for charging of a battery cell, thereby actively corresponding to a type of an external charger. In case of emergency such as power failure or short circuit or the like, it is configured to notify an outside of a situation or to block power from being supplied, thereby protecting a battery pack.
