The present invention relates to a method of searching an anticancer candidate drug. More specifically, the method comprises: a step of fixating gold nanoparticles onto a substrate; a step of binding proteins involved in cancer development and metastasis to the gold nanoparticles on the substrate, and then analyzing a spectrum to obtain reference data; a step of binding proteins involved in cancer development and metastasis to the gold nanoparticles on the substrate, applies a candidate material decreasing activation of the proteins, and then analyzes the spectrum to obtain comparative data; and a step of analyzing the reference data with the comparative data to read whether the candidate material is a material capable of decreasing the activation of the proteins. According to the present invention, it is possible to accurately and easily search an activation decrease candidate material for a predetermined protein concerned with the involvement of cancer development and metastasis.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
