The present invention relates to a two stage coolant expansion ice grinder using an external capillary tube for preventing a leakage of a coolant and freezing of an outer surface of a drum. More specifically, the present invention relates to an ice cutting device providing a structure preventing a multi-stage leakage of a coolant injected from the inside of a rotating drum, providing a freezing prevention structure to an outer surface of both ends of an ice making rotation drum to prevent the outer surface from being frozen to improve rotation efficiency of the ice grinder, forming the coolant having low pressure and the low temperature in the outside, vaporizing the coolant inside the ice making rotation drum to freeze an outer circumference of the ice making rotation drum, moistening a surface of the ice making rotation drum to be frozen, and cutting an ice layer frozen on the surface of the ice making rotation drum with a cutting knife to manufacture the thin ice layer.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
