The present invention relates to a tungsten trioxide nanoparticle powder deposition apparatus for manufacture of an electrochromic window; and to an operation method of the tungsten trioxide nanoparticle powder deposition apparatus, wherein the tungsten trioxide nanoparticle powder deposition apparatus comprises a vacuum chamber having an inner space to hold a transparent glass substrate where indium tin oxide (ITO) or fluorinated tin oxide (FTO) which is a base material is deposited; a vacuum pump maintaining a constant level of vacuum pressure in the vacuum chamber; a powder supply part supplying tungsten trioxide (WO_3) nanopowder toward the surface of the base material deposited on the transparent glass substrate; and a spray nozzle spraying the WO_3 nanopowder supplied via the powder supply part on the surface of the base material at a constant pressure to deposit the WO_3 nanopowder on the base material into a fixed thickness. The WO_3 nanopowder is sprayed at room temperature. Accordingly, WO_3 nanopowder which is an electrochromic substance can be deposited at a relatively low vacuum pressure under the condition of room temperature. Also, all of a deposition process of WO_3 nanopowder or the like can be performed by an inexpensive and simple structure.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
