The present invention relates to an ABS sheet with improved surface roughness and gloss, by laminating an intermediate film of poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)-polystyrene sulfonate and a fluorine-based resin film of poly(vinylidene fluoride-trifluoroethylene) in order, on a hydrophilic-treated ABS substrate surface; and to a manufacturing method thereof. The ABS sheet of the present invention is useful as an interior component material of a vehicle required for high gloss.
