TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a method of transforming plants, and more particularly, to a transgenic rice plant in which OsPT7, a high-affinity phosphate-derived gene derived from rice, is introduced, and antibiotic selection markers are removed, and a method for producing the same. Since the transgenic rice of the present invention does not contain an antibiotic selection marker, commercial use is superior to other transgenic rice by alleviating the concern about safety of consumers on GM crops. In addition, OsPT7 used in the present invention is a highly-phosphorylated phosphoric acid transporter expressed in rice when it is deficient in phosphoric acid. Thus, overexpression of the gene promotes uptake of phosphoric acid, which is one of essential nutrients required by plants, .
