Method for Preparing Virus Like Particle of Nodavirus Yeast Strain producing the Same and Vaccine Composition Comprising the Same

The present invention relates to a method for producing virus-like particles of Nodavirus, a yeast cell line expressing the same, and a vaccine composition comprising the same. According to the method of the present invention, the capsid protein of nodavirus is expressed through a yeast expression system and purified by a chromatographic method, whereby a high-quality nodavirus virus-like particle can be mass-produced. Virus-like particles of Nodavirus prepared by the method of the present invention can be very useful as an antigen of a vaccine against Nodavirus infection. The present invention also provides a recombinant yeast strain expressing a Nodavirus capsid protein, and a vaccine composition comprising the recombinant yeast strain or a culture thereof.
