The present invention relates to a band-type cloth sampling device comprising: a sample cutting unit (3) for producing a sample (S) by cutting a part of a band-type cloth (R) continuously provided in a transferring direction; and a cutting unit transferring unit (5) for moving the sample cutting unit (3) at the same moving speed and direction as those of the cloth (R) to enable the sample cutting unit (3) to cut the cloth (R) without relative movement. The sample cutting unit (3) simultaneously cuts the cloth (R) by a plurality of serially arranged cutting holes (11, 12) while maintaining a transverse interval in a range capable of ensuring uniformity. Accordingly, even when a sample is cut without stopping transferring a cloth during, before, or after a process, a length direction interval of cutting holes is minimized, so waste of the cloth is prevented and production efficiency of the process may be remarkably improved.
