Portable magnetocopying hinge-type machine 'Contour-500' for plasma cutting of sheet rolled stock

摘要

Hinge-type machine for plasma cutting of sheet metal using a magnetocopying method of formation of contour of the component being cut is described. It is equipped with a device of tracking the working gap, thus stabilizing a working gap of ± 0.2 mm accuracy at cutting rates up to 2500 mm/mm. A set for modification of series-manufactured machines of 《Ogonyok》 type for thermal cutting has also been developed.
