EXPEDIENT STORM SURGES PREDICTION SYSTEM AND METHOD

The present invention relates to a system for predicting emergent storm surges, and to a method. The system generates a predicted model with a multi-layer structure by using a weather variable and a sea weather variable of a storm, and improves the accuracy of the predicted model through repeated learning, by performing the repeated learning with respect to the predicted model and correcting the predicted model. In addition, the system is capable of rapidly predicting the same with respect to weather data by using the predicted model without a complicated calculation process, and predicting the storm surges in a rapid and accurate manner with respect to a changing environment, by applying the latest data and updating the predicted model, thereby having effects in preventing the damage due to storm surges in advance.
