The present invention relates to a composition for drug delivery comprising a liposome encapsulated with nanoparticles containing a drug bound to albumin, and a method for producing the same. The drug delivery compositions of the present invention provide uniform hydrodynamic size, high packing efficiency and loading capacity and have a higher colloidal stability than the simple complex of paclitaxel and albumin similar to Abraxane ( R ) . In addition, since the composition for drug delivery exhibits better in vitro and in vivo behavior such as better cell uptake, cytotoxicity, and pharmacokinetic characteristics than paclitaxel-albumin simple complex and paclitaxel dissolved in crepolm / ethanol, the paclitaxel- May be usefully employed as a means for the delivery of soluble drugs.
