The present invention relates to an integrated management system for performance directing, which is capable of integrally and efficiently managing directing data for performance directing by outputting directing data selected through a performance directing expression device by a producer or an operator who produces performance and by storing and managing in a database the directing data outputted from each performance directing expression device through an integrated management server for performance directing, and variously and flexibly expressing the performance directing to improve the quality of the performance directing by allowing the producer or the operator to change the performance directing arbitrarily (or, in real time). According to the present invention, the integrated management system for performance directing comprises: at least one performance directing expression device which outputs at least one piece of directing data for performance directing such that the performance directing is expressed, measures, through at least one sensor, the directing data outputted such that the performance directing is expressed, generates state information about the directing data based on the measuring result, and transmits device identification information and the generated state information about the directing data; and an integrated management server for performance directing which receives the device identification information and the state information about the directing data outputted from the each performance directing expression device, stores and manages the directing data by making the state information about the directing data into a database for each performance directing expression device based on the device identification information, and allows the performance directing to be expressed by transmitting the directing data to the performance directing expression device according to a user input inputted by an operator or a director directing a performance.
