摘要

The present invention relates to an FeSiAl soft magnetic composite (SMC) powder having an oxide film formed on a surface thereof; the oxide film maintaining heat resistance at high temperature; and a powder core formed by the same, undergone heat treatment at high temperature. According to the present invention, the FeSiAl SMC powder having an oxide insulating film uniformly coated on the surface thereof is coated with an oxide having large specific resistance such that the FeSiAl powder is mutually insulated even when powders are in contact, thereby manufacturing a powder core without an addition of an insulation material. In addition, the FeSiAl SMC powder maintains insulation even if heat treatment temperature rises to 1000 C after forming the powder core, thereby reducing iron loss in a high frequency band of several hundred kHz. Moreover, the powder core is able to be produced using a suitable organic binder without the addition of the insulation material when a high temperature heat treatment process is not introduced after forming the powder core. Furthermore, paste type-FeSiAl composite powder with an oxide insulation film is able to be used.
