The present invention relates to a pipe connection tube for testing airtightness, a stainless steel pipe having the same mounted thereon, and a method for forming a stainless steel pipe to use a cooling and heating installation pipe embedded when constructing a building. The stainless steel pipe having a pipe connection tube for testing airtightness comprises: a pipe connection tube comprising a high pressure tube for a refrigerant having a diameter of D1, a low pressure tube for the refrigerant having a diameter of D2, and a connection unit having a diameter of D3 and connecting the high pressure tube for the refrigerant and the low pressure tube for the refrigerant; a main high-pressure tube for the refrigerant wherein an end thereof is expanded to have a diameter of D4, and the high pressure tube for the refrigerant is inserted into the end thereof and connected thereto; and a main low-pressure tube for the refrigerant wherein an end thereof is expanded to have a diameter of D5, and the low pressure tube for the refrigerant is inserted into the end thereof and connected thereto.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
