PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface-treated stainless steel sheet having excellent corrosion resistance and excellent weld zone reliability under salt-attack-incurring environments, for an automotive fuel tank or an automobile fuel pipe, and to provide a welded pipe of the surface-treated stainless steel for an automobile fuel inlet pipe.;SOLUTION: This surface-treated stainless steel sheet includes: a stainless steel sheet substrate that contains, 0.030% or less of C, 2.00% or less of Si, 2.00% or less of Mn, 0.050% or less of P, 0.010% or less of S, 0.030% or less of N, 0.010 to 0.100% of Al, 10.00 to 25.00% of Cr, further contains one or more elements among 4.00% or less of Ni, 2.00% or less of Cu, 2.00% or less of Mo and 1.00% or less of V, one or two elements among 0.01 to 0.30% of Ti and 0.01 to 0.30% of Nb, and has a Y-value of -10.4 or less; and a corrosion-preventive plated layer formed on the surface, which mainly contains Sn and has a coating weight of 10 to 200 g/m2 or less, or a corrosion-preventive plated layer formed on the surface, which mainly contains Sn and Zn of 0.8 to 10.0% and has a coating weight of 10 to 200 g/m2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
