An embodiment of the present invention relates to a system for forming a relation between an artist and fans. The present invention is provided to enable topic production or a consumption activity related to the artist preferred by a user through a user terminal, thereby forming a channel to form a new relation between a user and the artist. The system for forming the relation between an artist and a fan according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a user terminal, and a connection server. The user terminal installs a relation forming application; and consumes a content item related to the artist after authenticating a member by accessing the connection server because of operating the relation forming application. The connection server produces a consumption index for each user, a user level for the artist, or an artist level based on consumption activity information of the content item performed through the user terminal; and forms a channel for forming a new relation between the user terminal and the artist preferred by the user by using the produced consumption index for each user, the user level for the artist, or the artist level.
