The present invention relates to a power divider/combiner for high power output having excellent isolation characteristics. The power divider/combiner includes: an input port which is formed on a first surface of a dielectric layer; first and second output ports which are formed on the first surface of the dielectric layer and of which output terminals are connected to the input port, respectively; a first micro-strip line which is formed on the first surface of the dielectric layer and connects the output terminals of the first and second output ports to each other; a second micro-strip line which is formed on the first surface of the dielectric layer to be spaced apart from the first micro-strip line by a predetermined distance; a grounding layer which is formed on a second surface of the dielectric layer; slot lines which are formed to have a slot shape and are formed on the rear surfaces of the first and second micro-strip lines; and first and second resistors of which one ends are connected to opposite ends of the second micro-strip line and the opposite ends are connected to the grounding layer, wherein a signal input to the input port is divided into the first and second output ports or signals input to the first and second output ports are combined with each other and the combined signal is output to the input port. The power divider/combiner according to the present invention can, when signals having difference are input to the output ports, allow the signals to flow not to the first micro-strip line but to the slot lines, thereby improving isolation characteristics between the two output ports, and allow the signals having passed through the slot lines to flow to the resistors grounded on a mechanism surface through the second micro-strip line, so as to consume electric power, thereby preventing the resistors from being burn.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
