The present invention relates to a wasp killing apparatus used by being fixed to a beehive. The wasp killing apparatus is operated by the following steps: detecting the entry of a wasp into a housing through an object detection sensor and an image analysis camera; blocking an entry path of honeybees according to a command of a circuit apparatus of a control box as soon as detecting the entry of the wasp, and checking the coordinates of the wasp inside the housing at the same time; operating a laser beam output apparatus capable of freely moving in X and Y axial directions; and killing the wasp by irradiating the laser beam until the wasp completely died. The wasp killing apparatus of the present invention: has a simpler structure than conventional wasp killing apparatuses or insect expellers; rarely kills honeybees; completely kills the wasps entered the housing in few seconds per one wasp.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
