The present invention relates to a structure to prevent degradation due to vital reactions of an in-vivo implantable continuous glucose sensor to continuously measure changes in glucose levels within a living body in a state implanted into the living body during a set time. The structure comprises: a measurement tube implanting one end part into a living body and having, at the inside, a channel receiving body fluid among living tissues and allowing the body fluid to flow therein; a fluid discharging unit connecting to the other end part of the measurement tube, and generating a continuous suction force to make the body fluid flow from the living tissues through the channel and discharge the body fluid; a filter unit installed within the channel of the measurement tube to pass intercellular fluid (ICF) among the body fluids and filtrate other liquid components except the ICF; and a sensor unit installed within a channel of the rear side of the sensor unit to continuously sense changing concentrations of glucose contained in the ICF passing the filter unit. Therefore, preventing the intensity or the sensitiveness of a sensing signal from being lowered due to vital reactions, or immune cells or other cells, biological particles or proteins, which are contained in the tissue or whole blood, adsorbed on the surface of the sensor unit is realized through the filter unit.
