The present invention relates to a vibration isolator embedded in a floor slab adjacent to a vertical member such as a column or a wall to isolate vibration transmitted through the vertical member to minimize generation of heavyweight floor impact sound, and a floor vibration isolating system using the same. The floor vibration isolating system comprises: a concrete floor slab (1); a vibration isolating member (10) formed of a flexible resin material, having a steel bar accommodation portion (11), and embedded and installed in the floor slab (1); and a steel bar (3) horizontally installed in the floor slab (1) and installed to pass through the steel bar accommodation portion (11) of the vibration isolating member (10).
