The present invention provides a method for producing a fluorescent silk fibroin solution, wherein the method comprises the steps of: a) obtaining a refined fluorescent silk fibroin by adding a fluorescent silkworm in a solution including a refiner, by heating the same at 40-60C for 8-24 hours, and by washing the same; b) dissolving the refined fluorescent silk fibroin in a solvent mixed with 15 mg to 1.5 g of dithiothreitol (DTT) for 9-9.6 M LiBr 100 ml at 40-60C for 1-5 hours; and c) dialyzing the dissolved fluorescent silk fibroin in first distilled water for 48-96 hours. It is preferable the refiner includes alcalase and sodium hydrogen carbonate (NaHCO_3). A silk fibroin of a fluorescent silkworm cannot be dissolved at a low temperature through a convention method for producing a silk fibroin solution, and fluorescence is lost. However, according to the present invention, a reducing agent is added, and a fluorescent silk fibroin solution can be produced at a low temperature. Also, fluorescent is maintained. Thus, according to the present invention, fluorescent silk fibroins can be mass-produced, and a biocompatible fluorescent protein can be easily produced and provided. Accordingly, a material capable of being applied to the bio industry such as a tissue regenerating support and a biosensor using bioimaging and biochips can be provided.
