Provided are a safety clothing with a protective function from pesticide infiltration and a functional fabric useful for producing the same. According to the present invention, the safety clothing can prevent contact between pesticides and skin after being put on a user during pesticide application, thereby preventing acute and chronic poisoning accidents in advance. To this end, the safety clothing comprises: a base material layer including at least one selected from the group composed of a fabric, a knitted good, and a non-woven fabric; and a chemical substance infiltration-preventing layer positioned on at least one side of the base material layer and containing a polyurethane resin.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
