The present invention relates to a wearable haptic pattern display device for the blind. More specifically, the present invention relates to a wearable haptic pattern display device for the blind, which is formed in compact size so that a user can easily carry the wearable haptic pattern display device. A touch screen is provided on a front surface of a body of the display device by integrally coupling a touch panel and an electro-sensitive panel to provide a text screen image having the combination of various haptic textures through the touch screen. A ring-shaped wearing member is provided on a rear surface of the body of the display device to be put on a finger of the user. Accordingly, the user can simply read out a text screen image having a haptic texture displayed on the touch screen using a thumb in the state that the user puts the ring-shaped wearing member on the finger of the user. The display device can be conveniently used and has excellent portability. Accordingly, the user can read out characters of news, a book, or a message regardless of time and locations. In addition, a near field communication (NFC) module is provided on the body of the display device to receive guidance information from an NFC tag provided in various places such as surroundings of a road or a cross-road, an interior of a store, or an existing braille cover, so that the blind can easily use the display device.
