The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing red garlic juice by using preprocessed red garlic. According to the present invention, the method comprises: a first step of preprocessing red garlic, processing an extract of the red garlic, and processing an extract of sub materials; a second step of mixing the extract of the red garlic with the extract of the sub materials; a third step of heating the mixture of the second step; a fourth step of filtering the mixture; a fifth step of aging the mixture at low temperatures; a sixth step of sterilizing-packing the aged content of the fifth step; and a seventh step of merchandizing a product.
