The present invention relates to a method for designing a flushing system which is made up of a plurality of perforated tube networks placed in a limestone layer for removal of sludge settling in the limestone layer of a successive alkalinity producing system (SAPS) for mine drainage treatment. The method of the present invention includes: a flow velocity determination step in which a flow velocity of mine drainage discharged through an orifice formed in a perforated tube is defined as a flow velocity function with respect to a diameter of the orifice by an experiment tank for SAPS and flushing system imitation being used; an orifice influence radius determination step in which a dry weight of sludge discharged through the orifice is individually measured in accordance with the diameter of the orifice and by the experiment tank being used, a volume of the mine drainage containing the sludge suctioned by the orifice is assumed as a sphere, and a radius of the sphere is calculated in accordance with the diameter of the orifice; and a determination step in which a first reference value with respect to the diameter of the orifice causing the flow velocity of the mine drainage discharged through the orifice to become at least a reference value is determined by the flow velocity function being used, a design diameter of the orifice equal to or greater than the first reference value is determined, and then an inter-orifice design gap is determined as a predetermined magnification of the orifice influence radius depending on the design diameter of the orifice.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
