The present invention relates to a current mode logic circuit for a high-speed operation. More specifically, the current mode logic circuit for a high-speed operation supports the high-speed operation of a high-speed device applied to an ultra-high speed manual optical network with a speed of 10 Gbps or more. According to the present invention, the current mode logic circuit can use voltage change properties of a capacitor to provide an output with high gains from a low input voltage by using voltage change properties of a capacitor without using a device occupying a large area such as an inductor, thereby supporting the high-speed operation while enhancing linearity at the same time. The current mode logic circuit can also reduce power consumption by lowering the input voltage required for the high-speed operation as well as significantly improving circuit complexity by being insensitive to a change in the process, voltage, and temperature (PVT) without requiring additional options.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
