The present invention relates to a mixed marine microorganism strain having an excellent function of removing nitrogen and phosphorus, and to a method for removing nitrogen and phosphorus in seawater by using the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a mixed strain having an excellent function of removing nitrogen and phosphorus, wherein the mixed strain comprises Bacillus aryabhattai and Vibrio neocaledonicus strains; a microorganism formulation for removing nitrogen and phosphorus, wherein the microorganism formulation comprises the same; and a method for removing nitrogen and phosphorus, wherein the method comprises a step of applying the mixed strain or the microorganism formulation to water contaminated by nitrogen and phosphorus.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
