The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing popped turmeric rice and popped turmeric rice manufacturing thereby, and more particularly, to a new method for manufacturing popped turmeric rice being in accord with a well-being trend and enabling a user to easily and frequently meet turmeric in daily life so as to provide health enhancement effect by taking turmeric.
