INSTANT FOOD BEING MANUFACTURED BY FILLING RICE INTO POPPED RICE CAPSULE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

摘要

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method for an instant food is provided to solve a problem of an existent instant food being not suitable to the taste of Koreans. CONSTITUTION: A popped rice capsule is manufactured by: manufacturing a semi-oval shaped popped rice capsule by manufacturing a concave shaped plate; pressing the popped rice capsule for the thickness to be one third by adding a press process; and symmetrically combining the compressed popped rice capsule by filling rice. The method can enable for an ordinary food by using rice to be used for the instant food because the compressed popped rice capsule being processed into a semi-oval shape can hold other food.
