METHOD FOR ESTIMATING EFFICIENCY OF ERADICATION THERAPY IN PATIENTS WITH COMORBID PATHOLOGY

A method for evaluating the effectiveness of eradication therapy in patients with comorbid pathology, consisting in the study of saliva, characterized in that the patient's saliva in a volume of 50-100 μl obtained after completion of eradication therapy is applied to a glass slide and dehydration of drugs in a stream of warm air at a temperature of 40 -50 ° С and humidity 20-30% for 15-20 minutes in a horizontal position, the obtained crystalloscopic facies is compared with the pattern characteristic of successful eradication therapy, according to four indicators wells (structural index, crystallizability, degree of degradation of facies and the severity of the marginal protein zone) and when the values of at least three of them coincide with the pattern, the effectiveness of eradication therapy is recorded.
