A method of manufacturing a hollow wheel having an internal gear ring, in which a workpiece having a tubular part with a longitudinal axis defining the term “radial” used below is processed using N≥2 stamping tools, each of which is installed in the process working position, for the manufacture of the gear ring gear on the inner side of the tubular part by means of the fact that the workpiece rotates around said longitudinal axis with time varying change the speed of rotation, while, respectively, at least one punching tool in the working position, in each case produces radial oscillating movements synchronized with said rotational movement, so that the at least one punching tool in the working position processes the workpiece repeatedly, in particular periodically. 2. The method according to claim 1, wherein at least two of the N stamping tools have working parts of a different shape, in particular: each of the N stamping tools has a working part of a different shape; or - N punching tools form Μ pairs of punching tools having working parts of essentially the same shape, while the working parts of different pairs of Μ pairs of N punching tools have a different shape, where Μ≥2 is an integer, and Ν = 2M.3 .
