FIELD: food industry.;SUBSTANCE: recipe components are prepared. Bulb onions are cut, sauteed in melted fat and strained. Wheat flour is sauteed in melted fat. One mixes the listed components with sour cream, bone broth, tomato paste, salt, hot black pepper and laurel leaf to produce a sauce. Liver is cut, mealed in wheat flour and fried in melted fat. Fresh ornamental cabbages are chopped and frozen. The liver, cabbages and sauce are packed, sealed and sterilised.;EFFECT: method allows to produce new preserves with usage of non-traditional vegetal raw materials without the target product organoleptic properties modification.
