FIELD: food industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. The proposed liquid composition may be suitable for swallowing and is chosen from a food product or beverage, a pharmaceutical composition, a nutritional product, a ration additive, over-the-counter medicines or mouth care means. The liquid composition includes a sweet taste intensifier having the structural formulaoror its salt or solvate or a phenol antioxidant or its salt or solvate as a photo-stabiliser. The sweet taste intensifier has the structural formula (I) or (I') or (II). Additionally, one proposes a method for improvement of the sweet taste intensifier stability and a method for reduction of the sweet taste intensifier disintegration in the proposed liquid composition.EFFECT: invention allows to stabilise the sweet taste intensifier in food and pharmaceutical compositions.73 cl, 10 dwg, 7 tbl, 237 ex
