Steel sheet contains Al-clad layer formed on one surface or on both surfaces of said steel sheet, and surface coating layer formed on said Al-clad layer. Said surface coating layer contains at least one compound of zinc, selected from group consisting of zinc hydroxide and zinc salt and organic acid.
