METHOD OF DIAGNOSING COGNITIVE DISORDERS OF VASCULAR ORIGIN IN CHRONIC CEREBRAL ISCHEMIA

To patient with clinically detected moderate cognitive disorders syndrome background EEG recording is carried out with open (OE background) and closed eyes (CE background) and on background of presenting two verbal tests of "Words" and "Plants". Beginning and end of each fragment of EEG recording and test are marked on recording. It is followed by analysis of spectral characteristics of selected sections. Each EEG rhythm of each lead power values are substituted into discriminator functions values and their values are calculated. If discriminant functions values of two tests and fragments of EEG of OE background and CE background in all four cases fall into intervals of F_plants from -2,743.1 to -2,676.6, F_words from 261.2 to 316.6, F_OEbackground from 73.7 to 156.3, F_{CE background} from 52.4 to 91.5 then cognitive disorders of vascular origin are diagnosed and patient is referred to group of patients with chronic cerebral ischemia, at failure to meet these conditions cognitive disorders of different origin are diagnosed.;EFFECT: method enables providing more reliable diagnosis that is ensured by differential analysis and assessment of EEG fragments in two operating conditions and against two verbal tests.;1 cl, 3 dwg, 1 tbl, 4 ex
