The invention relates to an anti-crushing device at the time of docking trucks (truck), in case of human presence between the truck and the dock. The docking of the trucks is traditionally performed by retreating on the transfer dock and abutting on quay stops (or stops), these quay stops have a thickness of 100 to 150 mm forward. Once the truck docked, the transhipment of goods is done through a connecting bridge or leveler (20), to catch the different heights of trucks, the link is usually with a lip (21) that deploys and lands on the floor of the truck. It is when the truck backs against the dock that the risk of crushing a person present between the dock and the truck is highest, at the time of berthing. It is possible to imagine bumpers forward up to 500 mm permanently, but this causes a significant modification of the loading equipment to make the connection between the dock and the truck, the lip must cover in this case a space empty of 500 mm instead of 100 to 150mm. The invention therefore makes it possible to use existing loading equipment, which avoids increasing the costs of modifications for existing buildings. The device according to the invention makes it possible to remedy this drawback. It comprises in fact several parts, a fixed bumper portion (10), and an extensible bumper portion (30), a floor mat (50). The floor mat is connected to the extensible bumper by a piece of steel (40) (type of bicycle brake). The berthing of the trucks is done in a "classic" way, namely with bumpers with a projection of 100 to 150 mm (see figure 01). Indeed the extensible bumper (30) behaves like a standard bumper with a projection of 100 to 150 mm, to reduce the risk of accident it is recommended to create a safety space of 500 mm, the bumper is positioned in projection 500mm in case of detection of a human presence. The invention aims in particular to solve these problems by creating a personal safety space that does not require any modification of the transhipment equipment and / or replacement thereof. Anti-crushing device for docking heavy goods vehicles (trucks) to create a safety zone, in case of human presence between the truck and the platform (5): this being obtained by the presence of several parts, and a mechanical way.
