This method comprises the following steps of: providing first data (D1), and second data (D2); determining pre-coding choices (C1, C2) of the first data (D1), based on the second data (D2) and following a predetermined steganography method; pre-coding the first data (D1) according to the predetermined pre-coding choices (C1, C2), the first precoded data (D1p) and the pre-coding choices (C1, C2) forming a series of symbols; coding each symbol that corresponds, once coded, to a group of successive bits; identifying, in each group of bits, the presence of one or more bits to be encrypted; encrypting the identified one or more bits; formatting the encrypted bit stream according to a predetermined entropy coding algorithm; transmitting the formatted stream (F3) to the decoder (14).
