The device (24) has a connecting member (28) to be carried by a reservoir of the container (21) forming a reservoir and a cap (26) to be screwed onto the connecting member (28). The device (24) also comprises security means comprising a circumferential locking stop (54) carried by the cap (26), and a retractable complementary locking circumferential stop (56) carried by the connecting member (28). For this purpose, the connecting member (28) comprises a radial arm (40) carrying a radial forearm (46), the radial forearm (46) and the radial arm (40) extending in opposite directions. The forearm (46) carries a lug (52) forming the retractable complementary locking circumferential abutment (56).
